Your training includes a personalized training calendar and will be led by certified running coach, Jack Beach.

Training sessions will be held on Saturdays at 7:30 am beginning July 22 and will meet at various locations around Metro Baltimore in order to be convenient for everyone - Goucher College, Towson University, Loch Raven and Canton Waterfront Park.  You will also get some race day experience by training on portions of the 5K course. 

Whether you are a walker, a runner or just starting out, this program will prepare you to cross the finish line smiling.
